If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate the return process, please provide the following information:
Once we receive your request and verify the issue, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Please do not return the item until you have received authorization from us.
Refunds
We offer refunds only in the following circumstances:
Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged product and are unable to receive a replacement, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item.
Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item and are unable to receive a replacement, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item.

How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return for a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at zaplinindia1@gmail.com with the required information mentioned above. We will respond to your request as soon as possible and provide further instructions for returning the item.
Return & Refund Duration
Once we receive your Return Request we will review the same and if the request is in accordance of our policy, we will initiate the same within 3-5 days.
And once we receive the product, we will review the same in accordance of our policy and if the order is eligible for refund, we will initiate the same within 5-7 days.
